FAQ

1. What is Asana Mama Yoga?

Asana Mama Yoga is a wellness studio for moms and moms-to-be, blending yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with creative elements inspired by early childhood education. Our sessions focus on connection — both with yourself and your little one — while supporting mental and emotional well-being during pregnancy and postpartum.

2. Do I need prior yoga experience?

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and tailored for all stages of motherhood. You’ll be guided through gentle, safe movements, with modifications available for all levels.

3. Can I bring my baby to class?

Yes! Many of our postnatal and Mommy & Me sessions are designed for you and your baby to enjoy together. Babies are welcome to feed, nap, or simply be part of the moment.

4. What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and any comfort items for you or your baby (blanket, toy, pacifier). For virtual classes, set up in a quiet, cozy space at home.

5. Are your sessions in person or online?

We offer both. In-person classes provide a beautiful community connection, while our online sessions allow you to join from anywhere.

6. Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private sessions are perfect if you want personalized guidance, support for specific needs, or a more intimate bonding experience with your child.

7. What other services do you offer?

In addition to yoga, we offer guided meditation, chakra healing, and digital wellness tools like printable journals and mindful activities you can enjoy at home.

8. Is Asana Mama Yoga only for moms?

Our focus is on mothers and moms-to-be, but we welcome anyone looking for gentle, nurturing wellness practices — caregivers, grandmothers, and supportive partners included.
